Best gluten free pizza I have had in my life. The texture was amazing. I came to place a pickup order when they were busy but they didn’t make me wait too long.
This place truly deserves 5 stars. To say the food was good is true but grossly understated. The products they use are protected and guaranteed by the government. You can taste the quality of fresh mozzarella cheese. What they use is mozzarella made from white buffalo. That is the way it is with all their ingredients. They have a good wine and beverage selection. Don't think it is expensive, it's not. My wife and I had two calzones and drinks for about 25 EU.
Great food and friendly staff.. I only took one photo because we were too busy eating.. we will return to have pizza here again!
The owner selects at the entrance: if you are wearing shorts in August, or perhaps because you have a Northern accent, the owner tells you that the tables are all booked (at 7.30pm with all the tables empty, inside and out)
Best pizza in Salerno, in my opinion. Got more expensive in the last year, but it is still worth every penny.
